Video: Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield Featuring La Belle Epoque | Pea and Mont d’or Tartlet

Among the breathtaking vistas offered by the charming hotel barge La Belle Epoque, one of the most delightful aspects of our journey was the exquisite French cuisine crafted by the exceptionally talented Chef Leo Renusson. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the rich culinary traditions of France while incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

As we indulged in the stunning landscape that surrounded us – rolling vineyards stretching into the distance and quaint villages dotting the riverbanks – we were also treated to a symphony of flavours and aromas. One standout moment was experiencing one of the incredible starters prepared by Chef Leo. This dish not only tantalised our taste buds but also beautifully represented the artistry and passion that he brings to the culinary experience aboard this luxurious waterway.

From perfectly cooked foie gras and rich bouillabaisse to delicate pastries and intricately designed desserts, every meal on La Belle Epoque was an exceptional culinary adventure that left us feeling full, satisfied, and eager for more. Join us as we explore more of the culinary delights and picturesque moments this extraordinary journey has to offer!
